SMS terms

These terms apply when Minab sends a text message to a mobile number you or your school provided.

Minab sends transactional SMS only (verification codes and school notices). We do not send marketing texts and we do not sell mobile numbers.

What we send

By requesting an SMS code, or by keeping a verified number on your school account, you agree that Minab may send:

one-time verification and account-recovery codes;
school notices the school already supports in the product (for example absence alerts), billed to the school’s SMS credit.

Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply.

Opt out and help

Reply STOP to opt out of SMS from that number. Reply HELP for assistance. You can also remove or change your number in Profile after you sign in.

Your number

Your mobile information is used to deliver those messages and to operate the school account. It is not sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. Messaging providers send the SMS on our instructions only.
